A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.5 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ORDERING AN1~EXATION OF TERRITORY TO
THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.7 -IRVINE~COASTAL
AREA ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT

The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.
5 of Orange County,California.
DOE S HE RE BY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDE R:
Section 1 That application has heretofore been made,to
County Sanitation District No.5 for annexation of said terri
tory to the District by means of a petition filed by the
property owner;and,
Section 2 That,pursuant to Division 1 (District Re
organization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of
the State of California,application has heretofore been made
to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of
said territory to County Sanitation District No.5 by means of
Resolution No.76—176-5,filed with said Commission by the
District;and,
Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission
to the territory proposed to be annexed is Annexation No.7 —
Irvine Coastal Area Annexation to County Sanitation District
No.5,the exterior boundaries of which are described on
Exhibit “A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by
reference made a part of this resolution;and,
Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is
.~uninhabited;and,
Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is
to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said
territory;and,
Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation,fees
and conditions of said annexation have heretofore been established
by the Board and are set forth in that certain agreement’dated
November 24,1976,by and between County Sanitation District
No.5,The Irvine Company,and the Irvine Ranch Water District;
and,
Section 7 That in accordance with the requirements of
the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970,and the
adopted Guidelines for Environmental Impact Reports adopted by
the County of Orange Local Agency Formation Commission and the
District,it has been determined that the Local Agency Formation
Commission constitutes the lead agency for this project,and
has determined that a negative declaration should properly
issue.The Directors have reviewed and considered the negative
declaration for environmental impact issued by the County of
Orange Local Agency Formation Commission,and concur with the
findings therein and hereby approve said negative declaration
on the basis that the project will not have a significant effect
on the environment;and,

Section_8.That,as authorized by resolution of the
Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1
(DistrictReorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Govern—
ment Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred
to and described hereinabove,be it is hereby ordered annexed
to County Sanitation District No.5 without notice or hearing.
and without election.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting held
November 24,1976.

TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.5
That portion of Blocks 96,97,128,129,130,131,132,133,134,
163 and 164,Irvine’s Subdivision,in the County of Orange,State
of California,as per map filed in Book 1,page 88,Miscellaneous
Records Maps,records of said County,described as follows:
Beginning at the East corner of the South quarter of said Block
130,being an angle point in the boundary of Annexation No.2 to
County Sanitation District No.5 as established by Resolution
No.59-1061 of.the Board of Supervisors of said County;thence in
a generally Northwesterly,Northeasterly and Easterly direction
along said boundary as established by said Resolution No.59-1061,
theformation boundary of said District adopted December 4,1947 by
said Board of Supervisors,Resolution Numbers 71-15-5,7i-130-5 (Par
cel A)of the Board of Directors of said District,to an angle point.
therein,said point being the Easterly terminus of that certain
course described as “North 87°34’11”West 626.85 feet”in said
Resolution No.71-130-5;thence leaving said boundary North 68°
East 3600 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Block 129;thence
Sduth 86°East 2400 feet;thence South 76°East 1900 feet;thence
North 82°East 2100 feet;thence South 59°East 3500 feet to a line
that is parallel with and 200 feet Northwesterly of the Southeasterly
line of said Block 134;thence South 40°West 9680 feet along said
parallel line and along a line that is parallel with and 200 feet
Northwesterly of the Southeasterly line of said Block 133 to the
Southwesterly line of said Block 133;thence South 12°West 5417.6
feet;thence South 40°West 2900 feet to the line of Ordinary High
Tide of the.Pacific Ocean and the boundary of Improvement District.
No.204 of the Irvine Ranch Water District as established by Resolu
tion No.1972-54 of said District;thence in a generally Northwesterly.
direction along said boundary to the Westerly corner of Exclusion Area
from said Sanitation District as adopted by Resolution No.59-1060 of
said Board of Supervisors;thence Northea~ter1y along the boundary
