•AMENDING ANNEXATION POLICY
A RESOLUTION OF ThE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.5 OF ORANGE
COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO.75-15-5,ESTABLISHING FEES AND PROCEDURES
CONCERNING ANNEXATIONS OF TERRITORY TO ThE
DISTRICT,RE PAYMENT OF ANNEXATION ACREAGE
FEE
WHEREAS,it is in the public interest to establish certain requirements
-for territory seeking annexation to this District;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of this District have heretofore adopted
such requirements;arid
WHEREAS,this Board of Directors has reviewedthe heretofore established
policy,and finds that it would be appropriate to modify the provision for pay
inent of the annexation acreage fee.

NOW,ThEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That Section 1,Sub-Section (b)of Resolution No.75-15-5,is
amended to read as follows:
“(b)Beginning July 1,1975,and annually thereafter,the sum to be
paid per acre for the ensuing 12 months will be the net worth per acre
of the District on the preceding June 30.The date of payment of
annexation acreage fee to the District shall govern the amount of the
fee per acre hereinabove established.”
Section 2 That this resolution shall be effective June 9,1976,and shall
apply to all future annexations,and annexations currently in process.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held June 9,1976.
