ESTABLISHING CLASS I PERMIT FEES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.5 OF ORANGE
COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,ESTABLISHING CLASS I
PERMIT FEES PURSUANT TO UNIFORM ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR USE OF DISTRICT
SEWERAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS,Ordinance No.509 ,Establishing Regulations for Use’of District
Sewerage Facilities,has herétofor been adoptedby this Board of Directors;and,
WHEREAS,said ordinance provides that the Board of Directors shall adopt
the Class I permit fee by resolution.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.5
of Orange County,California,
‘DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:’
Section 1 That the Class I permit fee provided for under Section 302.5
of Ordinance No.509 is hereby established in the amount of $50.00;and,
Section 2.That said fee shall become effective July 1,1976,and remain
in effect until changed by resolution of this Board of Directors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held April 14,1976.
