HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1976 - 0065RESOLUTION NO.76-65-2 ESTABLISHING CLASS I PERMIT FEES A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,ESTABLISHING CLASS I PERMIT FEES PURSUANT TO UNIFORM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR USE OF DISTRICT SEWERAGE FACILITIES WHEREAS,Ordinance No.204 ,Establishing Regulations for Use of District Sewerage Facilities,has heretofor been adopted by this Board of Directors;and, WHEREAS,said ordinance provides that the Board of Directors shall adopt the Class I permit fee by resolution. NOW,ThEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2 of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That the Class I permit fee provided for under Section 302.5 of Ordinance No.204 is hereby established in the amount of $50.00;and, Section 2 That said fee shall become effective July 1,1976,and remain in effect until changed by resolution of this Board of Directors. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held April 14,1976. STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) )SS.
