A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,
2,3,5,6,7,AND 11 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF FOUL
AIR TREATMENT AT PLANT NO.2 HEADWORKS

•The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,
7,and 11 of Orange County,California,
•DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE,AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the detailed plans,specifications,and contract documents
this day submitted to the Boards of Directors by Hugh Carter Engineering Corp
Districts’Engineers,for construction of INSTALLATION OF FOUL AIR TREATMENT’
AT PLANT NO.2 HEADWORKS “C”,
Job No.Pw-050 ,
are hereby
approved and adopted;and,
Section 2.That the Secretary be authorized and directed to advertise for
bids for said work pursuant to the provisions of the’Health and Safety Code of the
State of California;and,
Section 3 That said bids will be received until 11:00 a.m.,February 3.1976
at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read;and,
•Section 4 That the Secretary of the Boards and the Districts’Engineers be
authorized to open said bids on behalf of the Boards of Directors.
Section 5 That County Sanitation District No.1 is hereby authorized to
award contract for said Job No.Pw-oso on behalf of itself and Districts
Nos.2,3,5,6,7,and 11.•
