ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT
(NO.115 -ROWE ANNEXATION
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO
THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.11~-ROWE ANNEXATION
TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 )
•The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 ,
of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County
Sanitation District No.7 for annexation of territory to the
District by means of a petition filed by the property owner;and,
Section 2 That,pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization
Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of
California,application ‘has heretofore been made to the Local Agency
‘Formation Commission for annexation of said territory to County
Sanitation District No.7 by means of Resolution No.75—26—7 ,
filed witt~said Commission by the D1strict~and,
Section 3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to
‘the territory proposed to be annexed is “NO.115 -ROWE

the exterior boundaries of which are described on Exhibit “A”and
shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by refei~nce made a part of
this resolution;and,

0 Section 11 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is

Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to

obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;

Section 6 That provision for payment of annexation fees In the
amount of $321.00 has been satisfied;and,
Section 7 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency
Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (DIstrict Reorganization
Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,the
territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be and
it is hereby ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7
without notice or hearing and without election.

In the County of Orange,State of California,being a portion.of
Block 15 of Irvine’s subdivision as shown on a map recorded in
Book 1,page 88 of Miscellaneous Maps of said County.
Lot 4 of Tract -1968 as shown on,a map filed in Book 122,pages 1
through 5,records of said County,and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the existing boundary of County
Sanitation District No.7 as’established by’Orange County Board of
:Supervisors Resolution No.64-1280 (Walsh Annexation,Annex.No.8
said point being the Southerly terminus of that course
described as “N 7°-22’-13”W 595.33 Feet”in said
Resolution;thence,leaving said boundary and following’
the lines of said Lot 4 South 210_48t_05h1 West 220.79
Feet;North 58°~03~-58”West 151.76 Feet;South
310_01.t_07t’West 157.85 Feet;and South 69°-50’-OO”
West 141.84 Feet radially to a point on a non-tangent curve
concave Northeasterly having a radius of 250 Feet;said
point being on the existing boundary of said District 7
as established by said.Walsh Annexation;thence Northwesterly
along said curve and boundary an arc distance of 20.02
Feet through a central angle of 4°-35’-19”to a point on
a non-tangent line;a radial through said point bears
North 74°~2S’-l9”East;thence,continuing along said
boundary North 69°-50’-OO”East 134.00 Feet;North

136.39 Feet to the Point of Beginning.
