ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM CHAPMAN ACRES
RE CONTRACT NO.2-17-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM
CHAPMAN ACRES IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION
OF CARBON CANYON -PALM DRIVE INTERCEPTOR SEWER,
REACH 1,CONTRACT NO.2-17-1,AND APPROVING
CONSIDERATION THEREFOR

The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2
\\of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the certain Grant of Easement dated
—
February 12,1975 ,
in form approved by the General Counsel,
wherein property for sanitary sewer purposes is granted to County
Sanitation District No.2,is hereby accepted from Chapman Acres,
a limited partnership,et al.,and;
Section 2 That the real property over which said Grant of
Easement is granted is more particularly described and shown on.
Exhibits “A”and “B”,attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution;and,
Section 3 That said Grant of Easement is granted in connec—
tion with construction of Carbon Canyon —Palm Drive Interceptor
Sewer,Reach 1,Contract No.2—17—1,in the vicinity of Carbon
Creek from Orangethorpe to Palm Avenue;and,/~
Section Zj•That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes a
credit for District sewer connection permit fees of up to $25,000.00
to the grantor for said property as consideration in lieu of cash
payment for said easement;and,
Section 5 That the Secretary of the Board of Directors’of
County Sanitation District No.2 be authorized and directed to record
said Grant of Easement in the Official Records of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting held
February 19,1975..
(a)The real property subject to a perpetual,non—exclusive
easement for the purposes hereinabove specified is described as:
That portion of Block F of the Kraemer Tract as per map
recorded in Book 12,page 87 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County,California,described as follows:
Parcel 1:
A strip of land,20 feet in width,lying 10 feet East
erly and 10 feet Westerly,as measured at right angles,from
the following described centerline;
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Alta Vista Street,
40 feet in width,as said street is shown on Tract No.56,
Kraemer Tract No.2,County of Orange as per map recorded
in Book 10,page 4 of Miscellaneous Maps,in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County,said point.being
Westerly 1660.67 feet from the centerline of Rose Drive as
measured along said Alta Vista Street centerline;thence
leaving said centerline North 40 00’36”East 17.00 feet;
thence NOrth 30 27’03”West 3.00 feet to the north right of
way line of said Alta Vista Street,said point being the true
point of beginning;thence North 30 27’03”West 862.00 feet;
thence North 18°31’59”East 160.00 feet to the beginning of
a curve concave Easterly having a radius of 600 feet;thence
Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 12°23’
41”and an arc length of 129.79 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve,concave westerly having a radius of 600 feet;
thence northerly along said curve,through a central angle of
12°23’41”and an arc length of 129.79 feet;thence North 18°
31’.57”East 130.33 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave westerly having a radius of 1000.00 feet;thence nor
therly along said curve through a central angle of,40 571 03”
and an arc length of 86.41 feet;thence North 13°34’54”East
941.45 feet;thence North 8°58’26”East 284.00 feet,more or
less,to the south right of way line of Palm Drive,as said
right of way is described ~in a deed recorded in Book 60,page
371 of Official Records of Orange County.
Parcel 2:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Block F,said
point being also the centerline intersectjon of Palm Drive and
Rose Drive;thence North 67°27’21”West~~a1ong the North line
of ‘said Block F and the centerline of Palm Drive 1161.24 feet;
thence leaving said centerline South 22°32’39”West 28.00
feet to a point on said south line of Palm Drive,said point
being the true point of beginning;thence North 67°27’21”
West along said right of way line 28.17 feet;thence leaving
said right of way line South 29°45’02”East 27.80 feet;thence
South 67°27’21”East 130.00 feet;thence South gço ~‘~7”
East 55.80 feet to an angle point in the South right of way line
of Palm Drive as said right of way is described in a deed
recorded in Book 212,page 325 of Official Records of said Orange
County;thence North 67°27’21”West along said right of way
176.96 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said Parcels 1 and 2 containing 1.29 acres of land,more or
less.
(b)The real property subject to a temporary non—exclusive
easement is composed of two (2)strips of land,each strip being twenty

•(20)feet in width,one of which strip abuts and is parallel to the
westerly boundary of the property described in Paragraph (a)above,
and the other of which strip abuts and is parallel to the easterly
boundary of the property described in Paragraph (a)above.
