Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1974 - 0043STANDARD RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT RESOLUTION NO.7~4-~43-2 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM ORANGE COUNTY WATER DISTRICT A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.2 ,OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM ORANGE COUNTY WATER DISTRICT IN CONNECTION WITI-I CONTRACT NO.2-l~-2 The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.•2 , of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That certain Grant of Easement dated March 15.l97~ wherein an easement in the vicinity of Southern Pacific Railroad crossing mid—way between Katella Avenue and Ball Road to the Riverside Freeway for sanitary sewer purposes is granted to County Sanitati9n District No.2 ,is hereby accepted from Orange County Water District ;and, Section 2 That the real property over which said easement is granted is more particularly described and shown on Exhibits t?AU and ITBIT,attached hereto and made a part of this resolution;and, Section 3 That said easement is granted,in connection with construc’tion of Santa Ana River Interceptor from Katella Avenue to La Palma Avenue,Contraôt No.2—l~~—2 and, Section Lj~That payment in the amount of $no cost for said Grant of Easement is hereby authorized;and, Section 5 That the Secretary of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.2 be authorized and directed to record said Grant of Easement In the Official Records of Orange County,California.
