Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1974 - 0015STANDARD RESOLUTION ORDERING ANNEXATIOI~T OF TERRITORY RESOLUTION NO.74-15—7 ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (NO.34 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 ,OF ORANGE cOUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.34 —MICHELSON DRIVE —PETERS CANYON CHANNEL ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 II **•**** The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 ,of Orange County,California, •DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERNINE AND ORDER; Section 1 That applicationhas heretofore been made to County Sanitation District No.7 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition filed by the property ownel’;and, Section 2 That,pursuant to Division 1 (DIstrict Reorganization Act oi 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California, application has heretofore been xnadeto the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of.said territory to County Sanitation District No.7 by means of Resolution No.73—122—7 ,filed with said Commission by the District;and, Section•3 That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is “No.34 —Michelson Drive —Peters Canyon Channel Annexation” the exterior boundaries of which are ,described on Exhibit”A”and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference’made a part of this resolution; and, Section 4 That the territory hereinbefore referred to is uninhabited ;and, (inhabited)(uninhabited) ‘5 That the reason for annexinC said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory;and, Section 6.That provision for payment of annexation fees in the amount of $22,322.40 has been satisfied;and’, r - 7” Section 7 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Comm~ssion pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the dovernmerit Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be and it is hereby ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.7 without notice or hearing and without election.
