DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO APPROVE
CHANGE ORDERS TO GENERAL MANAGER
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,
5,6,7 AND 11 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,
DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO ~~HE GENERAL MANAGER
TO APPROVE CERTAIN CHANGE ORDERS IN CONTRACTS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERAGE FACILITIES
FOR THE DISTRICT(S)NOT TO EXCEED $25,000
The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,
2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1 That the General Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to approve,execute,and deliver change orders for
unforeseen or unanticipated conditions in connection with contracts
for the construction of sewerage facilities for a District or
Districts,providing that no one change order shall increase the
contract price more than $25,000.00;and,
Section 2 That this authority shall apply to all existing
contracts for the construction of sewerage facilities and all suc.h
contracts entered into in the future until this resolution is
amended or repealed;and,
Section 3 That nothing contained in this resolution shall
be construed to authorize the General Manager to execute a final
closeout agreement with the contractor in any such contract or to
finally accept the work constructed under such a contract.
