Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1973 - 0187STANDARD RESOLUTION ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY RESOLUTION NO.73-187-3 ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT - (ANNEXATION NO.3D A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.3 ,OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT (ANNEXATION NO.3D -UNINHABITED BOLSA CHICA ROAD ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SAN.ITATIO~ DISTRICT NO.3 •The Board of Directors of County Sanitation DLstrict No.3 , of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That application has heretofore been made to County Sanitation District No.3 for annexation of territory to the District by means of a petition filed by the property owner;arrd, Section 2 That,pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of-CalifornIa, application has heretofore been made to the Local Agency Formation Commission for annexation of said territory to County Sanitation District No.3 by means of Resolution No.73—135—3 ,filed with said Commission bythe District;and, Section 3.That the designation assigned by said Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is ttAnnexation No.3D —Bolsa Chica Road Annexation “ the exterior boundaries of which are described on ExhibititAn and shown on Exhibit “B”attached hereto and by reference made a part of this resolution; and,. Section ~I That the territory hereinbefore referred to is Uninh~bit ri ;and, (funinhabited) Section 5 That the reason for annexing said territory is to obtain and provide public sanitary sewer service to said territory:and, Section 6.That provision for payment of annexation fees in the amount of $61l,3~41.5~has been satisfied;and, Section 7 That,as authorized by resolution of the Local Agency Formation Commission pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code,Section 56261,the territory hereinbefore referred to and described hereinabove,be and it is hereby ordered annexed to County Sanitation District No.3 without notice or hearing and without election.
