A RESOLUTION OF THE HOARDS OF DIRECTORS
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS OF ORANGE
COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,COMMENDING EDGAR FffRTH
FOR }ES,OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS AND
DEDICATION TO PUBLIC SERVICE UPON HIS
RETIREMENT AS A DIRECTOR OF THE COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICTS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS,Director Edgar Hirth has announced his
retirement from the Board of Directdrs of County Sanitation
District No.5,of Orange County,California.;and,
1~HEREAS,Edgar Hirth served County Sanitation
Districts from 1970 to 1972.
WHEREAS,during his tenure of office Edgar Hirth:
Has devoted many hours and much energy in the program of
the County Sanitation Districts;
Has been a fair,impartial and pleasant person with whom
to work and a good friend of all the people working with the
County Sanitation Districts program of Orange County:
•NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:
That the Directors and staff of the County Sanitation Districts
of Orange County do express to Edgar Hirth their sincere
appreciation for the generous service and conscientious effort
expended on behalf of said County Sanitation Districts and their
program of public service in Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting l~eld May 10,1972.
