Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1971 - 0141-3RESOLUTION NO.71-141-3 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASENENT A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.3,OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT FROM DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.3, of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That the certain Grant of Easement dated November 16,1971,wherein the United States of Mierica, Department of the Navy,does grant to County Sanitation District No.3,a permanent easement for sewer purposes for property situated in the County of Orange,State of California,in connection with construction and operation of the Los Alamitos Pump Station (Seal Beach Boulevard Pump Station),Contract No.3-12,is hereby approved and accepted;and, Section 2 That the real property over which said easement is granted is more particularly shown on Exhibits “A”and “B”, attached hereto and made a part of this resolution;and, Section 3 That said Grant of Easement is accepted by the District in exchange for waiver of connection fees for the Naval Weapons Station;and, Section 4 That the Secretary of the Board of Directors be authorized and directed to record said Grant of Easement in the Official Records of Orange County,.California. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held December 8,1971.
