DETERMINING PREVAILING WAGE RATES
TO BE PAID BY CONTRACTORS
A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICTS NOS.1,2,3,
5,6,7,AND 11,OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,
DETERMINING PREVAILING WAGE RATES WITHIN SAID
DISTRICTS TO BE PAID BY CONTRACTORS AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO.69-96 ADOPTED NOVEMBER 12,1969.

The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts
Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7,and 11,of Orange County,California,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINEAND ORDER:
Section 1 That the general prevailing wage rate and
the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work
within the territory of the Districts for each of the crafts,
classifications or types of workmen as set forth on SCHEDULES
UAIT and RB”,attached hereto and made a part of this resolution
as though fully set forth herein,is hereby approved and
adopted;and,
Section 2 That Resolution No.69-96,adopted by the
Boards of Directors of the County Sanitation Districts on
November 12,1969,establishing the general hourly prevailing
wage rate and the general prevailing rate for holiday and
overtime work,is hereby repealed and rescinded and made of
no further,effect;and,
Section 3 That all other resolutions or motions or
portions thereof in conflict herewith,are hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held August 12,
1970.

The wage rates listed below are in accordance with the terms of the Southern California Master Labor Agreement
for the Construction Industry and cover the following counties:Los Angeles,Orange,Riverside,San Bernardino,
Imperial,Ventura,Santa Barbara,San Luis Obispo,Kern,Inyo and Mono.
ADDITIONAL COST ITEMS:For Subsistence Allowance,Transportation and Travel Time Allowance,Overtime,Apprei~tice
Program Contributions,Industry Promotional Funds,Administrative Funds,Cash Bond Deposits,etc.,contact the
Local Union or its District Council having jurisdiction.

Note:The classification “Shifter”receives a 35~per hour differential over the highest classification over
which he has leadership.
