Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1966 - 0086-11RESOLUTION NO.66-86-il ANNEXATION #l’4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.11, OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,FOR APPLI CATION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE DISTRICT The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.11, of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETER1VIINE AND ORDER: That an application for annexation of territory to itself be made to the Local Agency Formation Commission as follows: Section 1 This proposal is made pursuant to Division 1 (District Reorganization Act of 1965)of Title 6 of the Government Code of the State of California. Section 2 This application is for the purpose of annexing a 141 acre (plus or minus)parcel of real property,inhabited and improved,so that said property may be served by public sanitary sewers. Section 3 The districts affected other than this district are:Ocean View Elementary School District Huntington Beach High School District Orange Coast Junior College District County Library District Road District No.2 Orange County Flood Control District Orange County Harbor District Orange County Mosquito Abatement District Metropolitan Water District Orange County Municipal Water District Orange County Water District Section 4 The territory to be annexed is described on Schedule “A”attached hereto and made a part of this resolution as though fully set forth herein;arid, Section 5 That payment of annexation fees to the District at such time as sewer service is supplied by the District,is hereby established as a condition to this annexation;and, Section 6 Request is hereby made that such proceedings as are required by law be taken to complete this annexation as soon as possible. PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.11 ANNEXATION NO.14 A portion or land situated in the southeast one-quarter (SE i/4)of Section 20,T.5 S.,R.11 W.,S.B.M.,and in the north half (N.1/2) of the northeast one-quarter (NE 1/4)of Section 29,T.5 S.,R. 11 W.,S.B.M.,City of Huntington Beach,County of Orange,California described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of the north 20.00 feet of the southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4)of Section 20,Township 5 South,Range 11 West,S.B.M.,Orange County, California,with the west line of the east 30.00 feet of said southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4);said point being an angle point in the existing boundary of County Sanitation District No.11 as established by “Parcel ‘A’,Annexation No.7”,by Resolution No.63-1634 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County,California,on November 13,1963,and also establish ed by “Parcel ‘G’,Annexation No.7”,of said Resolution; said point also being the True Point of Beginning;thence south 0°40’00”east 1300.66 feet along the west line of aforementioned “Parcel ‘A’,Annexation No.7”to an angle point in the boundary of County Sanitation District No.11 as established by “Bolsa Chica No.4 Annexation”by Reso lution No.64-1461 of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County,California,on November 12,1964 (County Sanitation District No.11 Annexation No.10);said point lying in the north line of Block 16,Tract 86,as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 10,pages 35 and 36 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,California;thence south 89°39’ 30”west 630.06 feet along the north line of Block 16 of Tract 86 and the existing boundary of County Sanitation District No.11 to the northwest corner of said Block 16 of Tract 86,said point being an angle point in the bound ary of County Sanitation District No.11 as established by aforementioned “Bolsa Chica No.4 Annexation”(County Sanitation District No.11 Annexation No.10);thence south 0°40’00”east 1320.66 feet along the west line of Block 16 of Tract 86 and the existing boundary of County Sanitation District No.11 to a point on the centerline of Warner Avenue (formerly Wintersburg Avenue),60.00 feet in width as now laid out;thence south 0°44’15”east 1295.8)4 feet along the west line of Block 20,Tract 86 and the existing boundary of County Sanitation District No.11 as established by “Parcel feet in width, as shown on said map of Tract 86,said 60.00 foot right of way having been vacated by the Board of Supervisors of Orange County,California,in a Resolution recorded July 15,1943,in Book 1197,Page 424 of Official Records of Orange County,California;said point being an angle point in the boundary of County Sanitation District No.11 as established by said “Parcel ‘E’,Annexation 13,1963,to the True Point of Beginning. This Annexation contains 143.09 acres,more or less,and is con tiguous to the existing boundaries of County Sanitation District No. 11,of Orange County,California.
