HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1966 - 0051/~~2-I--’~ RESOLUTION NO.U-~1-7 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COuNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE 3 COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,ADOPTED UNDER AND PUR SUANT TO THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY SECTION 4’5231.1 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING CHANGES AT 5 HEARING ON RESOLUTION OF INTENTION,CHANGING, MODIFYING AND AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION 6 NO.66-19-7 OF SAID DISTRICT,AND THE PLANS OF THE DISTRICT HERETOFORE APPROVED FOR AND PERTAIN- 7 ING TO “ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.6,”WHICH SAID PLANS ARE REFERRED TO AND INCORPORATED IN SAID 8 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION,A ND MODIFYING THE WORK TO BE DONE AS DESCRIBED AND SHOWN ON SAID PLANS 9 J AND IN SAID RESOLUTION OF INTENTION. 10 11 WHEREAS,the Plans for the construction of sanitary sewer improve- 12 ments in “ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.6,”as heretofore approved by the 13 Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County and 14,as referred to and incorporated in Resolution of Intention No.66-19-7, 15 adopted March 9,1966,and the description of work as contained in said 16 resolution of intention,and the description of easements and rights-of-way 17 i to be acquired as described in said resolution of intention,do provide among 18~other things for the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenances and 19 appurtenant work in certain easements therein described,and do also provide 20 for certain work to be done as therein described;and 211 WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of this District proposes to change, 22~modify and amend said plans and the work therein pro~ded for,and the said 231 Resolution of Intention No.66-19-7 so as to add certain work,delete certain 24 work,and relocate certain work,and to acquire certain land,easements, 25 rights -of-way and sewage disposal facilities or capacity in or right to use 26 1 sewage disposal facilities necessary therefor,all as hereinafter more speci 27 fically set forth;and 28 WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of this District is now conducting 29 the hearing on said Resolution of Intention No.66-19-7 at the time and in the 30 manner as required by law and this resolution is being adopted as a part of the 31 proceedings upon said hearing and at a time when said hearing is still in 32 process; - LAW OflICCS 0? CALIFORNIA 9270* SECTION 5 That all of the changes and modifications hereinabove set forth will decrease the estimated quantities of 8~r VCP sewer,and will increase the estimated quantities of 41 VCP house laterals,and will decrease the estimated quantities of 6”VCP pipe chimney and will decrease the esti mated quantities of 48”internal diameter manhole and will increase the cost of acquisition;that said increases and decreases will result in a total decrease in the estimated cost of the work and improvement of approximately $2,435.00. SECTION 6 That said Resolution of Intention No.66-19-7,the Plans,and the work therein described and called for,and all subsequent proceedings had and taken thereunder,be and the same hereby are Ohanged, modified and amended to conform to the said changes,modifications and/or amendments more particularly set forth and described in this resolution.
