ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL 1 Adminstrative &Purchasing Officer 50 1 Assistant Director of Finance 47 1 Assistant Purchasing Officer 42.5 3 Secretary 37•5 2 Senior Stenographer Clerk 35.5 2 Account Clerk 35.5 2 Stenographer,Part-time $2.30/hr. 1 Office Aide $1.90/hr.” Section 3 The fourth paragraph of Section 13A of Resolution No.63-10 is hereby amended to.read as follows: “Provided,however,that no employee who occupies a position for which a salary exceeding that of Range 46,as herein above established,is provided,shall be paid either before or after separation for overtime services~and further provided that O the General Manager shall cause to be kept a record of the accumulated overtime service of such employees and may grant equi valent time off with full pay at any time during employment to such employees upon application and for sufficient reason.” Section 4 Each employee employed before the effective date of this resolution and assigned to a full time monthly position established in Section 2 hereof shall be assigned the salary pro vided for by the step rate to which such employee is entitled on the effective date of this resolution,under the provisions of, and the salary assignments authorized by prior resolutions,as amended. Section 5 All resolutions and motions or portions there of in conflict herewith are hereby rescinded and made of no further effect. Section 6 This reaolution shall become effective December 1,1965.
