HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1965 - 0112RESOLUTION NO.65-112-7 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASENENT RE: ~SESSMENT DISTRICT #1 (Parcel 7-1-])4c A RESOLUTION OF T}~BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7,OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF AN EASENENT FROM J.B.NELVILLE PRICE AND MARGARET W.PRICE (#128876) The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7, of Orange County,California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERNINE AND ORDER: Section 1 That the certain Grant of Easement dated June 17,1965,wherein J.B.NELVIL]~E PRICE and MARGARET W.PRICE,hus band and wife,grant to County Sanitation District No.7 a permanent easement for sewer purposes in connection with the construction in Assessment District #1,is hereby approved and accepted;and, Section 2 That payment for said permanent easement,which is described as Parcel No.7-l-14c in the certain action in eminent domain #128876,and more particularly described on Schedule “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof,is hereby authorized to be made to J.B.Melville Price and Margaret W.Price,19OL1.2 Fairhaven Extension,Santa Ana,California in the total amount of $100.00 and, Section 3 That the Secretary of the District is hereby authorized and directed to record said permanent easement in the Official Records of Orange County. SC}~DULE lAl TO RESOLUTION NO.65-112-7 PARCEL NO.7-1-14c The Southerly 10.00 feet of that portion of Lot 41 of the El Modena Citrus Lands,in the County of Orange,State of California, as per map recorded in Book 6,page 32 of Miscellaneous Maps,in the office of the County Recorder of said County,described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot;thence South 840 38’00”East 500.00 feet along the southerly line of said lOt to the westerly line of the land conveyed to Don C.Meadows and wife,by deed recorded June 13,1945,in Book 1315,page 308 of Official Records;thence North 50 15’30”East along said westerly line and its northerly prolongation 662.28 feet;thence South ~O 21’00”West 24.29 feet to the southwesterly corner of the land described in a deed to Ruth E.Peniwell,recorded March 16,1951, in Book 2159,page 326 of Official Records,said point being the true point of beginning;thence South 86°21’00”West 252.81 feet to the southeasterly corner of the land described in a deed to John T.Mclnnis and wife,recorded July 7,1954,in Book 2765, page 13 of Official Records;thence North 13°09’140”East 285.78 feet along the easterly line of said land of Mclnnis to the south erly line of the land described in a deed to Joseph A.Fitzgerald and wife,recorded February 5,1951,in Book 2139,page ~of Official Records;thence along said southerly line South 570 58’30” East 114.30 feet and South 76°38’50’East 109.50 feet to the westerly line of said land of Ruth E.Peniwell;thence South 50 15’ 30”West 177.02 feet to the true point of beginning.
