A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7,OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,AMENDING AND MODIFYING NEE’S
REPORT DATED NOV~4BER,1961,AS AMENDED
(Modification #9)
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District
No.7,of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1.That Boyle and Lowry,Consulting Engineers,
have prepared a modification of the Engineer’s Report dated
November,1961,and adopted November 22,1961,and amended,to
delete a portion of the Tustin Avenue Sub-Trunk Sewer,and add
the proposed Garden Grove Freeway Crossing Trunk Sewer;and,
Section 2.That the Board of Directors of County
Sanitation District No.7 does hereby find and determine that the
public interest requires a modification or departure frorii the
plans and specifications as contained in the Engineer’s Report
dated November,1961,as amended,in the manner set forth on the
attached sheet which is hereby made a part of this resolution,all
in accordance with Section 4758 of the Health and Safety Code of
the State of California.

SECTION II -Item 36,of the Engineer’s Report,Page 18,is
hereby deleted from the report.
SECTION II -Page 19 to be modified by the addition of’paragraph
43,as follows:
43.Construction of a Sub-Trunk extending from an existing sewer
age facility in the City of Santa Aria in Annapolis Street,
thence across the Garden Grove Freeway to a connection with
an existing sewerage facility of the City of Orange in Fair
way Drive,said sub-trunk being comprised of 820 feet of
8-inch pipe.
SECTION IV -Item 8,of the Engineer’s Report,Page 27,is
hereby modified to read as follows:
8.A Section of the Tustin Avenue Sub-Trunk,and appurtenances
thereto,said section being a portion of the existing sewer
age facilities of the City of Santa Aria and extending from
a connection with the West Trunk,northerly in Tustin Avenue,
a distance of 10,500 feet,to its terminus,said section of
sub-trunk being comprised of’10,500 feet of 12-inch pipe.
