ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
A RESOLUTION OF THE 3)ARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7,OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
FROM ROLAND E~WILBTJRN,JR.
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7,
of Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1.That the certain Grant of Permanent Easement
dated May 12,1964,wherein ROLAND E.WILBURN,JR.,grants to
County Sanitation District No.7 an easement for sewer purposes,
is hereby approved and accepted,at no cost to the District;and,
Section 2.That the Secretary of the District is hereby
authorized and directed to record said Grant of Easement,together
with the accompanying Hold Harmless Agreement executed by Roland E.
Wilburn,Jr.,in the Official Records of Orange County;and,
Section 3.That the certain real property over which said
easement is granted is more particularly described on Schedule “A”
attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
SCI~DULE ‘A’TO RESOLUTION NO.64-71-7
That portion of Lot 25 of Tract No.440,as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 61,Pages 21 and 22,Miscellaneous
Maps,Records of said Orange County described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of
Fairhaven Avenue,as shown on said Map of Tract No.440,with
the southerly prolongation of the westerly line of land conveyed
to Charles E.Larkin and wife,by Deed recorded August 3,1950
in Book 2050,Page 296,Official Records,in the Office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County;which said point of
intersection bears North 890 49’East 693.53 feet from the point
of intersection of the centerline of said Fairhaven Avenue with
the centerline of Hewes Avenue,as shown on said Map of Tract
No.440;thence North 03°48’East 200.00 feet,more or less,
to the southwest corner of said land conveyed to Larkiri;thence
North 89°49’East along the southerly line of said land conveyed
to Larkin 8.02 feet to a point on a line parallel with and dis
tant 8.00 feet easterly,measured at right angles,from the
westerly line of said land conveyed to Larkin;thence South 03°
48’West 200.00 feet,more or less,along said parallel line and
the southerly extension thereof to the centerline of said Fair
haven Avenue;thence South 89°49’West 8.02 feet to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within Fair-
haven Avenue (60 feet wide).
