A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
3 COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 7 OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE WORK DES-
4 CRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 64-35-7.

6 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
7 NO. 7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, pursuant to the provisions of the
8 "Improvement Act of 1911, 11 being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code
9 of the State of California, does RESOLVE as follows:
10 That the public interest and convenience require the work hereinafter
11 mentioned to be done and, therefore, the said Board of Directors hereby orders
12 the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said County Sani-
13 tation District No. 7, to-wit:
14 The construction of sanitary sewers and all appurtenances and appur-
15 tenant work in "ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2" in said County Sanitation Dis-
l6 trict No. 7 of Orange County, all as more particularly described in Resolution
17 of Intention No. 64-3 5-7, passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of said
18 sanitation district on the 11th day of March, 1964.
19 For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution
20 of Intention No. 64-35-7, and to the plans, profiles and drawings on file in the
21 offices of the Secretary and the Engineer of Work of said sanitation district,
22 and to the specifications for the said work heretofore adopted by the said Board
23 of Directors and on file in the offices of the Secretary and the Engineer of Work
24 for said district, and all of said plans, profiles, drawings and specifications
25 heretofore approved by the Board of Directors of said County Sanitation District
26 No. 7 of Orange County are incorporated herein and reference is hereby made
27 thereto for a more particular description of said work.
28 Said Board of Directors has determined and declared that the contem-
29 plated work and improvement heretofore mentioned was, in the opinion of said
30 Board of Directors, of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the said
31 Board of Directors has made the expense of said work chargeable upon a dis-
32 trict. For the particular description of said district, reference is hereby made

1 to said Resolution of Intention No. 64-35-7.
2 Said Board of Directors has determined and declared that serial bonds,
3 bearing interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum and extending over a
4 period ending nine (9) years from the second day of January next succeeding the
5 next September 1st following their date, will be issued hereunder in the manner
6 provided by the "Improvement Act of 1911, 11 being Part 5, Division 7 of the
7 Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, to represent each assess-
8 ment of Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) or more remaining unpaid for thirty (30) days
9 after the date of recording the warrant. Said Board of Directors has elected
10 and determined to have the redemption provisions of said bonds provide a
11 premium of five per cent (51o) of the unmatured principal in accordance with the
12 provisions of Section 6464 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali-
13 fornia.
14 All of the work herein ordered shall be done and carried through in
15 pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated the
16 "Improvement Act of 1911,11 being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code.
17 All of the said work shall be done under the direction and to the satis-
18 faction of the Engineer of Work and all of the materials used shall comply with
19 the specifications and be to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work.
20 The Secretary of said County Sanitation District No. 7 is hereby dir-
21 ected to post conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the Chamber door of the
22 Board of Directors of said county sanitation district, in the manner and form
23 required by said Code, a Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals or Bids for doing the
24 work herein ordered, and the Secretary is hereby directed to publish twice in
25 THE TUSTIN NEWS, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said county
26 and district and hereby designated by the said Board of Directors for that pur-
27 pose, a Notice inviting such proposals or bids for doing the said work and refer-
28 ring to specifications on file.

6 No. 7 of Orange County, held on the 15th day of April 1964, by
7 the following vote of the members of the Board:

9 Parks
10 NOES: Directors NONE
11 ABSENT: Directors William J. Phillips
12 and I further certify that G. W. Doney , as Chairman and
13 Fred A. Harper , as Secretary , signed and approved the said
14 resolution on the 15th day of April , 1964.
