COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 7 OF ORANGE
3 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE WORK DES-
CRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 63-178-7.

6 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.
7 7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, pursuant to the provisions of the
8 "Improvement Act of 1911," being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code
9 of the State of California, does RESOLVE as follows:
10 That the public interest and convenience require the work hereinafter
11 mentioned to be done and, therefore, the said Board of Directors hereby orders
12 the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said County Sani-
13 tation District No. 7, to-wit:
14 The construction of sanitary sewers and all appurtenances and all ap-
15 purtenant work in "ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 3-B" in said County Sancta-
16 Lion District No. 7 of Orange County, all as more particularly described in
17 Resolution of Intention No. 63-178-7, passed and adopted by the Board of Dir-
18 ectors of said sanitation district on the 13th day of November, 1963.
19 For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution
20 of Intention No. 63-178-7, and to the plans, profiles and drawings on file in
21 the offices of the Secretary and the Engineer of Work of said sanitation district,
22 and to the specifications for the said work heretofore adopted by the said Board
23 of Directors and on file in the offices of the Secretary and the Engineer of Work
24 for said district, and all of said plans, profiles, drawings and specifications
25 heretofore approved by the Board of Directors of said County Sanitation District
26 No. 7 are incorporated herein and reference is hereby made thereto for a more
27 particular description of said work.
28 Said Board of Directors has determined and declared that the contem-
29 plated work and improvement heretofore mentioned was, in the opinion of said
30 Board of Directors, of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the said
31 Board of Directors has made the expense of said work chargeable upon a dis-
32 trict. For the particular description of said district, reference is hereby made

1 to said Resolution of-Intention No. 63-178-7.
2 Said Board of Directors has determined and declared that serial bonds,
3 bearing interest at the rate of six per cent (616)per annum and extending over a
4 period ending nine (9) years from the second day of January next succeeding
5 the next September 1st following their date, will be issued hereunder"in the
6 manner provided by the "Improvement Act of 1911," being Part*5, Division 7
7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, to represent each
e assessment of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or more remaining unpaid for thirty (30)
9 days after the date of recording the warrant.
10 All of the work herein ordered shall be done and carried through in
11* pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated the
12 "Improvement Act of 1911," being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code.
13 All of the said work shall be done under the direction and to the satis-
14 faction of the Engineer of Work and all of the materials used shall comply with
15 the specifications and be to the satisfaction of the Engineer of Work.
16 The Secretary of said County Sanitation District No. 7 is hereby
17 directed to post conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the Chamber door
18 of the Board of Directors of said county sanitation district, in the manner and
19 form required by said Code, a Notice Inviting Sealed Proposals or Bids for
20 doing the work herein ordered, and the Secretary is hereby directed to publish
21 twice in THE TUSTIN NEWS, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in
22 said county and district and hereby designated by the said Board of Directors
23 for that purpose, a Notice inviting such proposals or bids for doing the said
24 work and referring to specifications on file.

7 day of December, 1963, by the following vote of the members of the Board:
