A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SAl"\JITATION DISTRICT NO. 7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALI-
FORNIA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES
AND ALL APPURTENANT WORK IN ''ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 3-B" IN SAID SANITATION DISTRICT; DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO ORDER THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN LANDS,
RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS NECESSARY IN CONNEC-
TION WITH SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT AND WITHIN THE
LIMITS ALLOWED BY LAW TO ASSESS THE COSTS OF SAID
ACQUISITION, INCLUDING THE INCIDENTAL COSTS AND
EXPENSES THEREOF, AS PART OF THE COST OF SAID
WORK AND IMPROVEMENT; DECLARING THE ACQUISITION
OF SAID LANDS, RIGHTS-OF,-WAY AND-EASEMENTS AND THE
WORK AND IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR
ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT AND DESCRIBING THE DISTRICT

THEREOF; FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF
OBJECTIONS TO SAID ACQUISITION, WORK AND IMPROVE-
MENT; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO .

ACQUISITION
SECTION 1: That the public interest,. necessity and convenience re-
quire and it is the intention of COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 7 OF
ORANGE COUNT~ to order the acquisition of the following described lands,
easements and rights-of-way, all of which are hereby determined to be neces-
sary in connection with the work and improvement consisting of the construc-
tion of sanitary sewers and all appurtenances and appurtenant work., described
in Section 2 hereof, for the said "ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 3-B.," and within
the limits allowed by law to assess the costs of said acquisition., including all
incidental expenses thereof, as a part of the cost of said work and improvement., ·
to-wit:
A perpetual easement and right-of-way for all public sewer purposes

(1) Easement No. 1:
Those portions of Lot 15 of a resubdivision of the W. S. Bartlett
Tract per map recorded in Book 2, page 22, Miscellaneous Maps

The Westerly 31. 90 feet of the easterly 397. 34 feet except the Nor-
therly 409 feet and street, said Northerly 409 feet to be measured
parallel with the east line of said lot.
The Westerly 30 feet of the Easterly 397. 34 feet of the South 307. 36
~eet of the Northerly 409. 36 feet, said. north and south distances
measured parallel with the east line of said lot.
The above described easement is over the entire portion of Assessor's
Parcel No. 102-551-8 and the Westerly 30 feet of Ass~ssor's Parcels

(2) Easement No. 2:

laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, within a strip
of land 40 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at a point that is South 3° 26' West 956 .. 74 feet from the
northwest corner of said Lot 14; thence South 89° 57 1 30 11 East
653. 78 feet to the westerly line of Tract 4155, as shown on a map
thereof, recorded in Book 147, pages 9, 10 and 11 of said Miscel-
laneous Maps.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within Hewes Avenue.
The above described strip of land is over the Southerly 20 feet of
Assessor's Parcel Nos. 102-541-2, 102-541-3, 102-541-9, 102-

DESCRIPTION OF BONDS
SECTION 5: That serial bonds., bearing inte~est at the rate of six per
