ACC~PTIN~GRANT OF EASEMENT
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE
COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF A GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT FROM
HAROLD K.ADAMS AND JEAN B.ADAMS AND
CHARLES F.GREENWOOD AND KATHARINE GREEN
WOOD;AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION THEREOF
The Board of’Directors of County Sanitation District No.7
of Orange County,California
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1.That the certain Grant of Easement dated June 10,

1963,wherein Harold K.Adams and Jean R.Adams,husband and wife,
and Charles F.Greenwood and Katharine Greenwood,husband and wife,
grant to County Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County,Calif
ornia,a perpetual easement and right of’way for sewer purposes
over and along that certain real property in the County of Orange,
State of California,more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 35,Plat No.1 of a Subdivision
of a Portion of the Ranchos Santiago de Santa Ana
and San Joaquin,in the County of Orange,State of’
California,as shown on amap thereof recorded in
Book 5,Page 7 Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County,California,described as follows:
The northwesterly 195.00 feet of the Northeasterly
15.00 feet of the Southwesterly 372.00 feet of the
Northeast half of the Southeast half of the South
east half of said Lot 35,Plat No.1,
is hereby approved and accepted at no cost to the District;and
Section 2.That the Secretary of the District be authorized
and directed to record said Grant of Easement in the Official
Records of Orange County.
