PIPELINE EASEMENT PROM SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING
ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDATION OF EASE~ENT AGREEMENT FROM THE
SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of
Orange County,California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1.That that certain agreement for easement dated
May 9,1962,wherein the Southern Pacific Company grants the
District an easement for a 12”sewer pipe line beneath its tracks
and property at the rail crossing in Prospect Avenue just north
of La Veta Avenue,in or near the City of Orange,County of Orange,
Stateof California,shown on Drawing.No.A-5818,Sheet 1 attached.
to said easement agreement and made a part thereof,be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2.That said easement agreement is given to County
Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County.,California,by the
Southern Pacific Company at no cost to the District..
Section 3.The Secretary and Chairman of the District are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Easement Agreement.
Section 4.The Secretary of the District is authorized and
directed to have said easement agreement recorded in the offico
of the Recorder of the County of Oranges upon receipt of a fully
