AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR ROTARY AIR COMPRESSOR
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO.1 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA,AWARDING CONTRACT FOR ROTARY AIR
COMPRESSOR
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.1 of
Orange County,California
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,DETERNINE AND ORDER:
Section 1.That written recommendation this day submitted by
the Purchasing Officer that award of contract be made to ORANGE
COUNTY EQUIPMENT COMPANY for one,125 C,F.M.Rotary Air Compressor
of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange
County,California,and the tabulation of bids submitted for said
work are hereby received and ordered filed in the office of the
Secretary;and
Section 2.That contract for said 125 C.F.M.Rotary Air Com
pressor is hereby awarded to Orange County Equipment Company in
accordance with the terms and provisions of the specifications and
in accordance with the terms of their bid and the unit prices con
tained therein,which bid is hereby determined to be the lowest and
best bid therefor received on October 26,1961.
Section 3.That the Purchasing Officer and the Secretary of the
Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.1 of Orange
County,California,are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
and sign a contract with Orange County Equipment Company for the
purchase of said Rotary Air Compressor in accordance with the specifi
cations therefor and pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No.884.
Section LL That all other bids received for said Rotary Air
Compressor are hereby rejected.
