RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITA-
TION DISTRICT NO. 7 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, FIXING
AND DETERMINING THE OUTSTANDING INDEBTEDNESS OF TUE
DISTRICT AS OF January 27, 1960; AND DETERMINING THE
EFFECT ON THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE DISTRICT OF PRO-
POSED WITHDRAWALS OF TERRITORY THEREFROM
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 7 of
Orange County, California does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, petitions to withdraw certain territories from County
Sanitation District No. 7 of Orange County, California have been
filed with the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to determine the outstanding indebted-
ness of said District as of this date; and
WHEREAS, the Directors of County Sanitation District No. 7 of
Orange County are required to report as to how said withdrawal from
said district will affect the operations of the sewerage system of
the Jistrict.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No. 7 does hereby FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. That County Sanitation District No. 7 has, as of
January 27, 1960 the following indebtedness against the funds of
the District:

Section 2. That the total outstanding indebtedness for said
County Sanitation District No. 7 as of January 27, 1960 is One
Million, Seven Hundred Forty Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-six
dollars and Fifty-seven Cents. ($1,740,946.57).

Section 3. That the proposed withdrawal of territory described
in the withdrawal petitions of Ema, et al, dated November 23, 1959,
will be materially detrimental to the operation of its sewerage
system as now owned and operated by the District and that all of.
the property described : n said petitions will be directly benefited
by the construction of trunk sewers as proposed in said District and
by the sewerage system now owned and operated by the District.
