RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITA
TION DISTRICT NO.7 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,FIXING
AND DETERMiNING THE OUTSTANDING INDEkTEUNESS OF THE
DISTRICT AS OF NOVEMBER 12,1959;AND DETERMINING THE
EFFECT ON THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE DISTRICT OF PRO
POSED WITHDRAWALS OF TERRITORY THEREFROM
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of
Orange County,California does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS,petitions to withdraw certain territories from County
Sanitation District No.7 of Orange County,California have been
filed with the Board of Supervisors of Orange County,California;
and
WHEREAS,it is necessary to determine the outstanding indebted
ness of said District as of this date;and
WHEREAS,the Directors of County Sanitation District No.7 of
Orange County are required to report as to ~ow said withdrawal from
said District will affect the operations of the sewerage system of
the uistrict.
NOW,THEREFORE,the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
Oi8trict No.7 does hereby FIND,DETERMINE AN])RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1.That County Sanitation District No.7 has,as of
November 12,1959,the following indebtedness against the funds of
the District:

Section 2.That the total outstanding indebtedness for said
County Sanitation District No.7 as of November 12,1959 is Seven
Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand,Two Hundred Seventy-Nine uollars and
Seventy-Eight Cents ($765,279.78).

Section 3.That the proposed withdrawal of territory
described in withdrawal petitions of Campbell,et ci,dated
September 10,1959,will be materia1l’~detrimentRi to the operation
of its sewerage system as now owned and operated by the District
and that all of the property described in said petitions will be
directly benefited by the construction of trunk sewers as proposed
in said District and by the sewerage system now owned and operated
by the District.
The above and foregoing Resolution No.750-7 was regularly
passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No.7 at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 12th
day of November,1959.
