The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. of Orange County,California,resolves as follows: WHEREAS,the Contractor,Fred J0 Early,Jr.Co.,Inc.,has completed the construction in accordance with the terms of the con~ tract.for construction of Headworks Addition to Plant 1 of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,Call— fcrnia,on the 8th day of April,1959;and WHEREAS,the Engineer of the Districts has recommended accept~ an~e of said work as having been completed,in accordance with the terms of the contract;and WHEREAS,The General Manager of the Districts has concurred in said Engineer’s recommendation. NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the work of constructing the Headworks Addition to Plant 1 of County Sanitation Districts Nos,1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,California,be and it is hereby accepted as completed in accordance with the terms of the contract for the construction thereof dated the 30th day of July, 1958;and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Chairman and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.1 of Orange County,California,be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and have recorded Notice of Completion of Work thereof.
