The Eoard of Directors of County Sanitation District No.1
of Orange County,California,
DOES }~R~Y RESOLVE as follows:
That the general prevailing wage rate and the general prevail
ing rate for holiday and overtime work within the territory of the
District for each of the crafts classification or type of worlonen
as set forth on Schedule A,attached hereto and made a part hereof
as though fully set forth herein,is hereby approved and adopted~an~

classified shall be paid not less than 33 per hour more than
the hourly rate of the classification over which they have
responsibility,excluding the classification of Pneumatic
Nailer.
Foremen shall be paid 3O~per hour more than the hourly
rate of the highest Iron Worker classification over which
they have jurisdiction.

of hours of employment bears to eight (8).

That the general prevailing wage rate and the general prevail
ing rate for holiday and overtime work within the territory of the
District for each of the crafts classification or type of wor~cnen
as set forth on Schedule A,attached hereto and made a part hereof
as though fully set forth herein,is hereby approved and adopted;an

this Board on September 10,1958,establishing the general hourly
prevailing wage rate and the general prevailing rate for holiday and

as set forth on Schedule A,attached hereto and made a part hereof
as though fully set forth herein,is hereby approved and adopted;anc
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that Resolution No.537—7 adopted by
this Board on September 10,1958,establishing the general hourly
prevailing wage rate and the general prevailing rate for holiday and
overtime work,be and the same is hereby repealed and rescinded
and made of no further effect.
