RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

GEN.S.E.RIDDERHOF
AS A DIRECTOR OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICTS NOS.5,6 AND 7
The Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts
Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,California,do hereby
~cintly resolve as follows:
~}fEREAS,Gen.S.E.Ridderhof has retired as a Director of
the County Sanitation Districts Nos.5,6 and 7,
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Directors of County
Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 and of the Joint
Administrative Organ~zat~on thereof do hereby express their sincere
appreciation for the many substantial contributions made by Director
Ridderhof in the orgalcizing and conduct of the work of the County
Sanitation Distri”ts during the years he has served as a Director
of County Sanit ~n Districts Nos.5,6 and 7.
His faIr,honest and thoughtful consIderation of the many
difficult proble~o:~i1 controversial issues confronting the JoInt
Administrative Org i~ion has materially contributed to the success
of the public services being carried on by the County Sanitation
Districts of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that it is with regret the Directors
and staff of the Joint Administrative Organization of the County
Sanitation Districts note the retirement of Director Rldderhof.
The foregoIng resolution was unanimously passed and adopted
by the Boards of Directors of the County Sanitation Districts
Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 of Orange County,California,at a
regular joint meeting of said boards on the 9th day of April,1958,
by the following vote to wit:

of each of the County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7
and 11 of Orange County,California,and Secretary of the Joint
Administrative Organization thereof do hereby certify that the
above and foregoing Resolution No,512 was passed and adopted
as a joint resolution of said boards at a regular meeting held
on the 9th day of April,1958 by the vote stated above.
