Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1957 - 0482RESOLUTION NO.482-1 RESOLUTION OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.1 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIFORNIA,AUTHOR IZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.1 of Orange County,California,does resolve as follows: SECTION 1.That the Directors of County Sanitation District No.1 of Orange County,California,hereby find and determine that: (a)The real property hereinafter described is no longer required for the purposes of the District (b)The best interests of the District and the public will be served by selling said real property to John H.Poole (c)The reasonable value of the subject real property is the sun of $3,053.00 SECTION 2.That upon payment of the sum of $3,053.00 to County Sanitation District No.1 of Orange County,California,as agent for County Sanitation District No.of Orange County, California,the Chairman and Secretary of this District shall execute and deliver to John H.Poole a grant deed to the subject real property containing the following conditions subsequent: (a)The land to be conveyed shall not be used for: 1.Any residential purposes 2.Any food manufacturing,processing or vending business 3.Any purpose incompatible with the grantorts use of adjoining real property for the location and mainten ance of a sewage and industrial wastes treatment and disposal plant -1— (b)The grantee,his heirs,assigns and successors in interest shall waive and release grantor,its assigns and successors in interest from any and all claims, damages and demands caused or occasioned directly or indirectly by grantor’s location and maintenanace of a sewage and industrial wastes treatment and disposal plant and related activities on adjoining real property.
