NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Treatm~ent and Disposal Fund of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6 and 11 in. the amount of $60,000.00 is hereby created and established;and BE IT FURT~-rER RESOLVED,that County Sanitation Districts Nos.1 2,3,5,6,and 11 shall contribute to the Treatment and Disposal Fund,in the percentages heretofore established and as shown below,the sum of $60,000.00: County Sanitation District No.1 2d.32% County Sanitation District No.2 32.76% County Sanitation District No.3 15.47% County Sanitation District No.5 14.16% County Sanitation District No.6 7.0~% County Sanitation District No.11 2.21% BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that,said Treatment and Disposal Fund shall be maintained in amount necessary to meet treatment and disposal obligations of said Districts,but not in excess of $60,000.00,from time to time,upon written request from the General Manager for transfers from the Operating Fund of.each participating County Sanitation District in proportion to the S cost of treatment and disposal of sewage arid industrial wastes chargeable to each said District on the basis of effluent discharged by each said District.
