N0d,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVD,that these boards do hereby express aoprecidtion for and acknowledge the valuable public services performed by Director 1-larry Le Bard as the representative of the City of Huntington Beach during the tenure of his office as a Director on the Board of County Sanitation District No.11 of Orange County,California,from May 7,1954 to May 27,1956.
