A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF rMiTY SANIT-TION DISTRICT NO.
OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
RESOLUTIONS NOS. 287 and 298 BY CHANGING
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS CONTAINED THEREIN,
THE SIZE OF THE AREA REQUIRED FOR SEWAGE
TREATMENT PLANT PURPOSES AND REPEALING ALL
PRIOR ACTIONS OF SAID BOARD OF DIRECTORS
INCONSISTENT HEREWITH.
The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No#
does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, difficulties have been encountered in reconciling
Records of Survey and differing bases of bearings concerning the
real property on which the Sewage Treatment Plant is to be con-
structed; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to correct previous descrip-
tions and make necessary adjustments to best indicate the true
descriptions of the subject real property and to best serve the
public interest:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Resolutions Nos. 287 and 298, containing descriptions
of the Sewage Treatment Plant site, be amended to show the true
descriptions of the real property hereby found necessary to be
acquired for the Sewage Treatment Plant site to be as follows:
Rancho,Las Bolsas, City of Huntington Beach, County of
Orange,
Commencing at a point which is the center of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Six (6) South, Range Ten (10) West,
S. B. B. & M:, proceeding Easterly, N. 890 40f 34'r E.,
1627.91 feet, more or less, to a point in the Westerly
right-of-way line of the existing J.Q.S. Right-of-Way
as recorded in Book 538, page 47 of Deeds in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, M ifornia;
thence proceeding Northerly along said ri ht-of-way line
N- 13. 80 15" E. 1358,19 feet, more or �ess; thence
proceeding Westerly, S. 890 401 34" W, 1287*39 feet, more
or less to a point in the Southeasterly line of the
right-ol-way for Wright Street• (proposed) -as shown in
Book 2499, pages 35 through 41, inclusive, of Deeds, in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California; thence proceeding Southworterly along said
Southeasterly line of the right-of-way for-Wright Street
(proposed) S. 370 37* 48" W. 1075.23 feet more or less,
to the intersection of this �outheasterl line of the
right-of-way for Wright Street {proposed with the North-
South half-section line of said Section Nineteen (19);
thence proceeding Southerly, S. 00 33' 56" E,, 473.12
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

ERCEPTING•THEREFROM all oil, oil rights, mineral,
mineral rights, natural gas, natural gas rights, and
other hydrocarbons by whatsoever nacre known, that may
be within or under the parcel or parcels of land herein-
above-described, without, however, the right ever to
drill, dig or mine therefor through the surface or within
200 feet of the surface of said parcel or parcels of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District
No. 1 of Orange County, California, does hereby find and
declare that the public interest and necessity requires the
acquisition of the above described real property for public sewage
disposal facilities and that said proposed public improvements,
to wit: construction of public trunk sewers, a Sewage Treatment
Plant and appurtenances are planned and located in a manner which
will be most compatible with the most public good and the least
private injury;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That any and all previous actions of the Board of Directors
of County Sanitation District No. 1 of Orange County,
California, whether by resolution, motion, or otherwise, inconsistei
herewith, are hereby repealed and made of no further effect.
The foregoing Resolution was approved and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No. 1 of Orange County, California, on the loth day
of September, 1953.

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to correct previous descrip-
tions and make necessary adjustments to best indicate the true
descriptions of the subject real property and to best serve the
public interest:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That Resolutions Nos. 287 and 298, containing descriptions
of the Sewage Treatment Plant site, be amended to show the true
descriptions of the real property hereby found necessary to be
acquired for the Sewage Treatment Plant site to be as follows:
Rancho-Las Bolsas, City of Huntington Beach, County of
Orange,
Commencing at a point which is the center of Section
Nineteen (19), Township Six (6) South, Range Ten (10) -West,
S. B. B. & Mi, proceeding Easterly, N; 890 40f 34" E.,
1627.91 feet, more or less, to a point in the Westerly
right-of-way line of the existing J.O.S. Right-of-Way
as recorded in Book 538, page 47 of Deeds in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, 6alifornia;
thence pproceeding•Northerly along said right-of-way line
N. 130 M 15" E. 1358.18 feet, more or less; thence
proceeding Westerly, S. 89° 401 34" W. 128?.39 Feet, more
or less, to a point in the Southeasterly line of the
right-of-way for Wright Street- (proposed)-as shown in
Book 2499, pages 35 through 41, inclusive, of Deeds, in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California; thence proceeding Southwesterly along said
Southeasterly line of the right-ofoway for-Wright Street
(proposed) S. 370 37' 48" W. 1075.23 feet more or less,
to the intersection of this Southeasterly line of the
right-of-way for Wright Street (proposed} with the North-
South half-section line of said Section Nineteen (19);
thence proceeding Southerly, S. 00 331 56" E., 473.12

EXCEPTING,THEREFROM all oil, oil rights, mineral,
mineral rights, natural gas, natural gas rights, and
other hydrocarbons by whatsoever name known, that may
be within or under the parcel or parcels of land herein-
above-described, without, however, the right ever to
drill, dig or mine therefor through the surface or within
200 feet of the surface of said parcel. or parcels of land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District
No. 11 of Orange County, California, does hereby find and
declare that the public interest and necessity requires the
acquisition of the above described real property for public sewage
disposal facilities and that said proposed public improvements,
to wit: construction of public trunk sewers, a Sewage Treatment
Plant and appurtenances are planned and located in a manner which
will be most compatible with the most public good and the least
private injury;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That any and all previous actions of the Board of Directors
of County Sanitation District No. 11 of Orange County,
California, whether by resolution, motion, or otherwise, inconsistei
herewith, are hereby repealed and made of no further effect.
The foregoing Resolution was approved and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No. 11 of Orange County, California, on the 10th day
of September, 1953.
