SANITATION DISTRICT NUMBER SIX ACCEPTING DEED FROM
C.A.KNOWLTON,ET AL,F~)R RIGHT OF WAY FOR TI~
NEWPORT BOULEVARD TRUNK SE~R AND OR~RING RECOR
DATION OF SA-ID DEED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of County
Sanitation District Number Six of Orange County,California,
that the Deed from C.A.Knowlton,Alma H.Knowlton,Elton
T.Stohiman,Russell C.Stohlrian,Edward A.Rogers and Flora-
mae Rogers,for a right of way through that portion of 15th
Street,as shown on a map of Newport Heights,in Book Li.,
Page 83,of Miscellaneous Maps,Records of Orange county,
California,vacated by the Board of Supervisors by flesolu—
tion recorded April 21,1950,in Book 2002,Page 308,Offi
cial Records of said Orange County,and as more particularly
described in said Deed,dated August 25,1952,be,and the
same is,hereby accepted and ordered recorded in the office
of the County Recorder,Orange County,California.
The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation
District No.6 ,on the 10th day of September,1952.
