Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1952 - 0166-1RESOLUTION NO.166—1 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO.1 OF ORANGE COUNTY,CALIF ORNIA,AUTHORIZING THE CHIEI?ENGINEER AND GENERAL MANAGER TO APPLY FOR COUNTY ROAD OPENING PERMITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COUNTY ORDINANCE NO.570 AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ADVISE THE ROAD COMMISSIONER THAT THE DISTRICT WILL GUARANTEE PAYMENT OF ALL COSTS NECESSARY TO THE REPLACEMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS. The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.1 resolves as follows: SECTION 1:That the Chief Engineer and General Manager of said District be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and obtain all permits required under County Ordinance No.570.
