RESOLVED:That payments of Districts Nos.1,5,6 and 11 of Orange County,California,as provided in the Agreement of Sale and Purchase,dated February 2~,1951,as amended,be and the same are authorized to be paid in conformity with “Schedu].e A”attached here to and made a part hereof the same as though fully set forth herein; FURTHER RESOLVED:That payments authorized paid in accordance with said Schedule A be and the same shall be paid from Suspense Fund of County Sanitation District No.1 of Orange County and each District shall pay i~s proportionate share from its Construction Fund to said Suspense Fund. The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. on kpril 23,1952.
