OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT I’1U1’~ER
AUTHORIZING AND RATIFYING
THE ~iPLO~NT OF HARRY A0 OVERMYER AS
APPRAISER REPRESENTING COUNTY SANITA~
TION DISTRICTS NUMBERS ONE,TWO,THR~,
FIVE,SIX,SEVEN AND ELA~VEN TO APPRAISE
THE PERSONAL PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED FT~OM
THE JOINT OUTFALL SEWi~R0
SECTION 10 The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District
Number does resolve as follows~
WHEREAS,it has become necessary under the Agreement for
Purchase and Sale for personal property celonging to the Joint Outfall
Sewer Districts to be purchased and acquired by County Sanitation Dis~
tricts Numbers One,Two,Three,Five,Six,Seven and Eleven to be
appraised and to fix the value thereof~and
WHEI~EAS,County Sanitation District Number Eleven has been
authorized to name such appraisers and
WHEREAS,it has selected and named Harry A.Overmyer to
perform said services0
His compensation is therefore fixed at ~25.OO per day each day
of eight hours or any part thereof when he is engaged in performing

said duties0
SECTION 110 The said services of said Harry A.Ov~rmyer shall
be paid out of the Joint Administrative Fund of County Sanitation
Districts Nos0 1,2,3,5,6,7 and 11 and the proper portion thereof
charged to each of said County Sanitation Districts as said percentages
have been set out and established heretofore0
