the following resolution was adopted;
RESOLVED,that the compensation to be paid each Director f or
hiss services for each board meeting attended by him shall be
ten dollars (~lO)together with a mileage allowance of seven
and one—half cents (~0.O75)per mile in traveling both ways
between his place of residence and the place of meeting;and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no Director shall receive compen..
sation for attending more than three meetings of the board dur
ing any calendar month;and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any Director serving on more
than one County Sanitaticn District Board of Directors shall
receive compensation for attendance at only one meeting when
attending a joint meeting of the several District Boards,and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said compensation shall be
effective as of July 1,l94.~.
