HomeMy WebLinkAboutDistrict 06 - Resolution 12-08-1948 (B)•',.. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF' DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITA'rION DISTRICT NO. 6 OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA On motion of Director DRAKE , duly seconded and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Directors that it is for the inter- est and advantage of this Sanitation District and County Sanitation Dis- tricts Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 11 to enter into an agreement for the maintenance of a centralized and joint ad.ministrative organization to care for the general administration of the affairs of each of the said County Sanitation Districts for the supervision, operation and maintenance of the work of each of said districts, and that for that purpose each of said districts shall employ the same engineer, surveyors, counsel, and other persons needed to carry out the purposes of said districts. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain agreement, a copy of which is hereunto annexed, be executed on behalf of County Sanitation District No. 6 by the Chairman of this Board of Directors and that the Secretary attest the sa..rne.
