STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING
Orange County Sanitation District
The Steering Committee meeting convened on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at
5:00 p.m. in the Administration Building of the Orange County Sanitation District.
A quorum was declared present, as follows:

COMMITTEE CHAIR REPORT:
Chair Edgar did not give a report.
GENERAL MANAGER REPORT:
Mr. Ruth, General Manager, gave a brief update from his General Manager's
Monthly Status Report which included: recent employee retirements and
information on the budget planning schedule.

Michael Gold, Public Affairs Manager, gave a brief oral report on the highlights of
the Legislative Update included in the agenda packet.
