ROLL CALL
A Special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Sanitation District was
called to order by Board Chair Greg Sebourn on February 15, 2017, at 3:04 p.m., in the
Administration Building .
The Clerk of the Bo'ard declared a quorum was present as follows:
