ROLL CALL
A regular meeting of the Boards of Directors of County Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,
5,6,7,11,13 and 14 of Orange County,California,was held on November 19,1997,at 7:30
p.m.,in the Districts’Administrative Offices.Following the Pledge of Allegiance and invocation
the roll was called and the Secretary reported a quorum present for Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,6,7,
11,13 and 14 as follows:

REPORT OF THE JOINT CHAIR
The Joint Chair requested Directors to check the notice of meetings in the agenda package for
upcoming meetings and informed them of some date changes
REPORT OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL
Terry Andrus gave Directors a brief update on the status of the appeals of the employees
terminated as the result of an investigation.He also referred to a memo placed in the Directors’
meeting folders regarding SAWPA and reported this item would be going to the FAHR
Committee on December 10,1997.
