The Chairman called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. The roll was called and the Secretary reported a quorum present. Directors present:Jerome Kidd (Chairman), Dee Cook,A.Allen Hall,Rex A. Moved,seconded and duly carried: That a tentative meeting date ~of March9,1961 ata:00 p.m. be set to continue a discussion of the report,Financing Major Sewerage Facilities,submitted by Stone &Yourigberg,Municipal Financing Consultants.
