The roll was called and the ~ecretary.reported a quorum of the Board to be present. Directors present:Dora 0.Hill (Chairman) Willis H.~.arner Gerald C.Bennett Directors absent:None Others present:Lee M.Nelson C.Arthur Nisson,Jr. Harry Ashton K.J.Harrison Clennel iiJilkjnson Ora Mae Merritt,becretary Approval of minutes The Boards of Directors took the October 27,1954 meeting following action: Moved by Director Harry Leflard,seconded by Director Hugh ~:.Warden and duly carried by the Boards of.Directors of (Jounty Sanitation Districts Nos.1,2,3,5,7 and 11 That the minutes of the meeting held ~n October 27, 1954 be approved as mailed out. The Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.5 resolves as follows: RESOLVED,that the “Treatment and Disposal”Fund be maintained in an amount necessary to meet all obligations, but not in excess of ~75,OOO.OO,from time to time,upon written request from the General Manager for transfers from the Operating Fund of each participating County Sanitation District in propor tion to the cost of treatment and disposal of sewage and indus trial waste chargeable to each said District on the basis of effluent discharged by each said District. FURTHER RESOLVED,that so much of Resolution No.3~7 as is inconsistent herewith be and it is hereby rescinded and amended.
