No. 3 .--Staff Report on Poss ible Revisions to Sewer System .
The District Board .adjourned to the above date, immediately
prec eding the Districts ' Executive .Committee meeting, fo r the
purpose of receiving a verbal staff presentation on possible
r evisions to the sewer system in the northern portion of the
District which could possibly delete or defer major con-
struction by optimizing use of the existing sub -trunk system .
Currently, key points in .the District are being monitored to
de.termine where sewer flows coul d be rerouted to relieve over-
l oaded conditions . A special wall-sized map is being .prepared
for this presentation .
No. 4.-Proposed Annexation No . 35 -Tract No . 8235 .
The Board has received a request from the owners of approxi-
mat ely 15 acres of property in the vi·~ini ty ·of Santiago Boulevard,
Ryals Lane, and Avenida Palamar , for annexation to the District .
This property is a portion of the Ma rion E . Jones Estate which
was approved for annexation after much debate about two years
ago. The fifteen -acre parce l is now wit~in the City of Oran ge
and the densities will be consistent .with the Maste r Pl an of
the District . It is recommended that the Boa rd authorize the
staff to initiate annexation proceedings.

of approximately 15 acres in the vicinity of Santiago
Boulevard, Ryals Lane and Avenida Palamar. Please return
same for the official file at the time a recommendation is
submitted.
The request for annexation does not state the owner of
the property and we should verify same.
This matter will be placed on the agenda for the District
No. 7 adjourned meeting on July 31st to receive and file
and refer to staff.

·District Court of the 17th. Judicial District in and for Los Angeles County,
California, described as fol tows:
Beginning at an angle point in the existing Orange County Sanitation
District Number Seven boundary line as established by resolution number
6f-98 by the Orange County Board of Supervisors on January 25, 1961,
said angle point being the most Southerly terminus of that certain course,
number 21, described as "South 1640,00 feet more or less" said angle
point also being the Southwesterly corner of the Re-Subdivision 6f
Blount's Addition to Modena as recorded in Book I, Page 68, of
MJscel laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, said angle ooint also
being the Southwesterly corner of the land described in that certain
~Decree of Distribution recorded May 22, 1942, in Book I 150, Page 21,
of Official Records of Orange Count~; thence along the Easterly boundary
line of said Sanitation District Number Seven North 0° 07' 24" West 995.57
